Pack Meeting and Graduation - May 15th
Location: Northside Park
Rain location: Lowell School
Please purchase the next year's rank scarves and slides for your Scout and bring to graduation. Have the
new items in a Ziploc bag with Scouts name on outside. This is also a good time to purchase next year's
book, but it is not necessary for the ceremony. The graduation ceremony will be a little different this year.
Instead of each den going off by themselves, we will graduate in front of the pack by the camp fire.
Kane County Cougars Campout - May 23rd
Anyone planning on camping at the Kane County Cougars game who did not fill out a medical form for camping
last fall should fill out Parts A & C of the form and bring it to the May 15 pack meeting. This
is the same form needed for summer camp. It is required for all participating scouts and parents.
Summer Day Camp at Cantigny - July 20th through 24th, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
(Note the program has been expanded to 5 days this year)

*An “Annual Health and Medical Record” form (#31605) for Scouts, and Adults, sections A & C must
be completed. The old class 1-2-3 health history may also be used for 2009 if needed; the new form
becomes mandatory in 2010.
Each unit must have at least 2 adults for every 10 Scouts attending camp. Each Scout must bring a sack lunch and drink,
snack are also OK to bring.
