We are Cub Scout Pack 64 chartered by Elks Lodge #2258 Wheaton-Glen Ellyn, IL. We belong to the Chanonee District in the Three Fires Council, Boy Scouts of America. Most of our monthly pack meetings are held at Lowell Elementary School in Wheaton, IL. The leaders of Pack 64 are committed to providing the best possible program to the youth of our Pack! Pack Volunteer Positions Pack 64 Needs your Help . . . we are looking for volunteers for the following positions. Please help our Pack by volunteering your time. You won’t be disappointed. Assistant Cubmaster Training Chair We also need to keep an eye on the redistricting in District 200, as they may take many of our current volunteers and move them to another school. Volunteer some time for a good cause. You won’t regret it! A big thank you for the positions that have been filled this year. |

Click on “Newsletter” for May’s Pack Notes. Memorial Day Parade – 5/26/08 at 9:00 a.m. at Memorial Park (look for the Pack and Banner). Class A Uniforms (dark pants or shorts). Bring your own water bottle! Do not bring candy! We will end at the S.W. Corner of St. Michael’s Cemetery (there’s a path to Edison Parking Lot) to pick up the boys. June Pack Meeting/Campout – June 6-8? Campout “Go for the Gold.” Den assignments: Flags (New) Bears/(Old) Wolves; Song 2’s/1; Skit W/T; Activity 1’s/B. If we are 2-day camping, pack meeting will be on Saturday night. Jennifer J. will give Lisa B. more info. Later regarding Campout. May be able to work out an obstacle course setup by Jennifer J.’s son’s Troop. Other ideas for Blackwell were Garbage Hill Hike in the a.m., a decathlon. Dwight and John will do the food planning if needed for a 2-night campout and will use Ron S’s recipes. Flag Day Ceremony – June 8, 2008, 2:00 p.m. @ Elk’s Lodge. Boys must wear Class A. uniform. There will be a picnic after for those attending. This counts as a summertime activity. |
